Isaiah 35:1-10, Luke 5:17-26, Psalm 85:9-14

Daily Mass Readings:  Isaiah 35:1-10, Luke 5:17-26, Psalm 85:9-14

Isaiah 35:1-10

My Beloved, I was an exile once when I was a sinner for I banished myself from the glory of Your Presence, but You brought me back home and I sing this song that the prophet wrote for all who were once banished from home.   We return with joyful singing and laughter and now we live with You as our Shepherd, Guide, Rock, Protector and Deliverer.  Never shall we be ashamed for we belong to the King.

Luke 5:17-26

My Beloved, when we desire to meet You we can always find a way.  If we are determined to enter Your Presence, no obstacle will prevent us from doing so. It is sin that binds us and renders us paralyzed but You can unloose the most difficult of bonds that hold us prisoners to evil.  You will reward and heal.  You will always respond to those who approach You with faith. You will make us whole and all creation shall see the glory of our King.
