FEAST OF OUR LADY OF THE ROSARY

Baruch 4:5-12, 27-29, Psalm 69:33-37, Luke 10:17-24

Baruch 4:5-12, 27-29

Dear Love, Beloved of my soul,

There are always consequences when we sin and when we sin gravely the consequences are grave. This is what Your people have learned through salvation history. You do not seek the death of the sinner but wish him to repent and return to the Father's embrace.

We turn our face against the God of love and look to everything else to satisfy us and yet nothing and no one but You alone can satisfy the hunger and thirst of our soul. Free will and free choices to do evil rather than good separates us from You but You never forsake us. Your Holy Spirit continues to speak to us and draw us back to the path that leads to life.

When things are bleak in our life and there is no joy we need to examine ourselves to discern at what point in our life we separated ourselves from You and Your love and we will surely find that it was the moment when we committed sin.

Thank You for the Sacrament of reconciliation that restores to us all that we had lost. Thank You.!

Psalm 69:33-37

Dear Love, Beloved of my soul,

Thank you for teaching us that the Kingdom belongs to the little ones. To those who trust You to provide all that they need every moment of our lives. Those who look to You to be satisfied will never be disappointed for You feed the hungry heart that looks to You for nourishment.

Beloved Jesus, meek and humble of heart, make my heart like Yours.

Luke 10:17-24

Dear Love, Beloved of my soul,

Thank You that I am born in this age where God our Father has made You known to us and You have made Him known to us. Thank You for the Gift of the Holy Spirit and the wealth of the Kingdom that we the baptized receive through Him.

Truly Satan has been cast down mightily and we live in the age of the Son who has triumphed. No matter how frightening the world looks right now we know that You have won the victory. All who believe in You and receive You have been given the power to be called children of God.

We rejoice because our names are written in the sky and even more wonderful our names are written on the palms of God's hand. We believe Beloved and believing we are saved.
