Romans 8:12-17

Dear sweet gentle Holy Spirit of God the Father and the Son, please help me to put to death the cravings of the flesh, I cannot do it on my own, I am too frail and weak.  Lift me up and place me in the arms of Jesus there may I hide and rest and allow Him to will and work in me through You.

Luke 13:10-17

---- Mine, I set You free from all your spiritual and physical infirmities in order that God may be praised and glorified in you.  Stand tall, shake off the burden of inertia that has kept You bowed down under its weight.  You are healed by my touch, You are strengthened by my Body.  Believe and glorify Me.

Psalm 68:20-21

20 Blessed be the Lord, God our savior, who daily bears our burdens!
21 Ours is a God who saves; our Lord lets us escape from death.
