Job 13:23, Judges 9:6-15, Matthew 20:1-6, Psalm 21:2-7

Daily Meditation:  Job 13:23

Job 13:23

23 What are my faults, what are my sins?
Make them all known to me.

Beloved, let me know how I have grieved and offended You through the years that I have lived until this present moment.  Give me true contrition and a firm purpose of amendment so that with Your grace and help, I shall sin no more and displease You, whom I love more than my life.  My Love, grant that I may love You always.  Never let me offend You again.  I know I will because I am weak but when I do may I turn to You quickly and ask for forgiveness.

Daily Mass Readings:  Judges 9:6-15, Matthew 20:1-6, Psalm 21:2-7

Matthew 20:1-6

verse 13 - 16
13 The owner said to one of them: ‘Friend, I have not been unjust to you. Did we not agree on a denarius a day? 14 So take what is yours and go. I want to give to the last the same as I give to you. 15 Don’t I have the right to do as I please with my money? Why are you envious when I am kind?’
16 So will it be: the last will be first, the first will be last.”

Beloved am I like the workers who were hired early in the day and is jealous because You give to all generously.  I am privileged to work in Your vineyard help to remember this always. You  have been more generous to me than I deserve.  Thank You.

Psalm 21:2-7

The king rejoices in your strength, O Lord, and exults in your saving help.
You have granted him his desire; you have not rejected his request.
You have come to him with rich blessings; you have placed a golden crown upon his head.
When he asked, you gave him life – length of days forever and ever.
He glories in the victory you gave him; you shall bestow on him splendor and majesty.
You have given him eternal blessings, and gladdened him with the joy of your presence.
