My Soul's Beloved,
You O Lord are the Eternal Word of God and the Father has revealed the depths of His love when He sent You into the world. You are the visible image of the unseen God and You O Lord make Yourself known to us in Sacred Scripture. Every prophecy, every event is pregnant with the immensity of God's love. From the moment He laid the foundations of the world, God has walked with us. Even when our first parents walked away from God, He made a Way to bring us back. God does not know how to love by degrees - He loves wholly, He loves infinitely, He loves eternally. He loves us with the same intensity with which He loves You, His only Son for God's love is the same for You as it is for us. He desired us to be His children, brothers, and sisters of His First Born Son.
The difference between You O, Lord, the Son of the Father, and us the fallen children of Adam and Eve who have been redeemed and raised through the Blood of the Lamb to be his children too, is that You O Lord are perfect and You love the Father with the same love with which He loves You. You gladly became the Lamb of Sacrifice that takes away the sins of the world because Your Father willed it.
The Father also willed that it is You O Lord, who will judge us. You will be merciful O Lord because You understand that we are poor, frail, weak, broken, sinful and we need help. You provided that help by sending us Your Holy Spirit who sanctifies us. But it is You O Lord who have redeemed us. You O Lord, will judge us mercifully for we are covered in Your saving Blood. You paid the ransom that broke the snares of the Enemy and You have set us free. We are Yours now and forever.
I gazed into the visions of the night.
And I saw, coming on the clouds of heaven,
one like a son of man.
He came to the one of great age
and was led into his presence.
On him was conferred sovereignty,
glory and kingship,
and men of all peoples, nations and languages became his servants.
His sovereignty is an eternal sovereignty
which shall never pass away,
nor will his empire ever be destroyed.
