DAILY HOLY MASS READINGS
My sheep hear my voice, says the Lord;
I know them, and they follow me. Jn 10:27
Hebrews 13:15-17, 20-21, Psalm 23:1-6, Mark 6:30-34
Hebrews 13:15-17, 20-21
My Love, Beloved of my soul,
Through the power of Your Holy Spirit abiding in me, do for me all that these verses ask of me.
Grant that my lips may praise God continually as I say unceasingly night and day that You, Jesus, are my Lord. May I always do the good that Your Spirit me to do. May I be generous in thought, deed, and word. May I be obedient to all those who are over me for in obeying them I obey You.
You, my Beloved, are the Good Shepherd who lay down Your life for Your sheep. Through Your Blood all the faithful enter into the New Covenant of Your Love. Through its power, You pour upon us every grace and blessing necessary to do Your will. Grant that I may always yield to the slightest command of Your Spirit and may my life, in its own little way, glorify You now on earth and eternally in heaven.
Psalm 23:1-6
The Lord is My Shepherd
Mark 6:30-34
My Love, Beloved of my soul,
Just as You invited the Apostles to come away with You, so to You invite me to come away with You. To visit You in the Blessed Sacrament. To spend quiet time with You each day in personal prayer. A time when it is just You and I so You can minister to me and I can draw strength from You, be sustained by You, and allow You to replenish Your Spirit in me.
We are told that when You saw the great crowds who had followed You, Your heart was moved to pity for they were like sheep without a shepherd.
Your heart continues to be moved with compassion, tenderness, pity and above all filled with love for You indeed our Good Shepherd sent by the Father, and we are the sheep of Your flock.

Psalm 23:1-6
The Lord is My Shepherd
In the silence of my spirit,
My soul to You I raise,
Prostrate before Your Majesty,
My heart sings hymns of praise.
My inner being sweetly rests,
In pastures fresh and green,
My spirit’s thirst is satisfied,
In waters cool and clean.
The Lord is my good Shepherd,
No evil shall come near,
I know my God walks with me,
His staff strikes down my fears.
I sup at His own table,
I feast on Bread and Wine,
His mercy, love and goodness,
Thru’ all my days are mine.
