DAILY HOLY MASS READINGS

I call you my friends, says the Lord,
For I have made known to you all that the Father has told me.

Jn 15:15B

Acts 15:22-31, Psalm 57:8-10, & 12, John 15:12-17

Acts 15:22-31

Dear Love, Beloved of my soul,

How good it is to know from the very beginning Holy Mother Church has dealt with her children with delicacy, tenderness, and understanding. She desires not to burden those who are now being born again in her through Baptism. The Apostles together with the presbyters discuss the problem, they listen carefully to the arguments made by Paul and Barnabas, they pray about it and wait on the Holy Spirit's guidance before they come to a decision.

It is good for us too to keep in mind that we ought to be sensitive to cultural differences between us, to understand what is directly in conflict with the faith and to abstain from doing those things which are sinful but not to nitpick constantly and find fault and cause division among brothers and sister in the Church.

Apart from writing all that they had decided in a letter, they also conveyed the same message by word of mouth, this is why the Church places as great an emphasis on the written Word as well as Sacred Tradition.

Those who read the message rejoiced that they Church did not place on them unnecessary burdens. The Church never does Beloved. Thank You for Holy Mother Church.

Psalm 57:8-10, & 12

Dear Love, Beloved of my soul,

I was created to give You praise. I was created to know and love You with my whole, heart, my whole soul, my whole strength, my whole mind. Thank You for grace that makes this possible. To love You Beloved is to know perfect happiness. To be joyful always no matter what my circumstance. Knowing and loving You Beloved brings peace that surpasses understanding. I know that no matter how the winds buffet me about You are with me in the eye of the storm and I am safe.

Thank You for grace that brings me before You morning after morning - it is this time that I spend with You that strengthens me and empowers me to live the day in awareness of Your great love for me. Grant O Lord that I may praise You always. That I may raise my heart, my mind, my soul, and my voice to praise You always for You my Beloved are worthy of all praise, adoration, worship, and thanksgiving.

John 15:12-17

Dar Love, Beloved of my soul,

All whom You have called to be disciples have to be identified by this virtue - Love. The Love of the Father was made visible in You, and the Love You have poured upon us is the same Love that binds both You and the Father in a perfect bond of love which is the Holy Spirit. It is this same Spirit that is poured into our hearts and makes us capable of loving everyone which humanly is not possible because we are sinners.

The love of the Father has been poured into our hearts through Your Spirit and this is why we are called to imitate You in laying down our lives for each other. We are called to be humble, to serve, to consider ourselves the least, to take the last place. Humility must be the guiding principle of our lives. Seek to be little, to be small, to be forgotten, to be unnoticed and to do all You command while hidden safely in You Sacred Heart.

Thank You for choosing Me Beloved for it You had not I would have been damned forever. Thank You for calling me friend, thank You for revealing all the secrets of the Kingdom of God to me. Thank You for the mission with which You have entrusted me - to bear fruit that will last. Thank You for assuring me that anything I ask of the Father in Your Name He will give me and finally thank You for reminding me that it is imperative that I love my neighbor. Without love I am nothing.
