DAILY HOLY MASS READINGS

Be vigilant at all times and pray
That you may have the strength to stand before the Son of Man. Lk 21:36

Daniel 7:15-27, Daniel 3:82-87, Luke 21:34-36

Daniel 7:15-27

Dear Love, Beloved of my soul,

There is much in this world to make our hearts tremble in fear for the wicked seem to have taken complete control of all the powers that govern the world. It would seem that that those who have been entrusted with the responsibility to rule  have taken leave of all right thinking and absurdity upon absurdity has become the norm.

The lines of truth have been blurred until there is nothing but confusion and those who struggle to remain on the side of Truth are persecuted, reviled, scorned, mocked, and persecuted. Some lose everything because they reject the lies and spend their lives fighting on the side of truth.

There is much to fear especially for the generations to come and yet Beloved we do not grope in the dark. We know that in the end God will prevail and to You will be given complete rule, power, authority and dominion. Keep us faithful Lord in the days of darkness and evil that has engulfed the world. Grant us the grace to watch and pray without ceasing so that nothing will tempt us to go over to the other side where there is weeping and gnashing of teeth. Keep us safe in Your love.

Daniel 3:82-87

Dear Love, Beloved of my soul,

May we never cease to praise You, giving You all the glory and all praise always.

"You sons of men, bless the Lord;
praise and exalt him above all forever."

"O Israel, bless the Lord;
praise and exalt him above all forever."

"Priests of the Lord, bless the Lord;
praise and exalt him above all forever."

"Servants of the Lord, bless the Lord;
praise and exalt him above all forever."

"Spirits and souls of the just, bless the Lord;
praise and exalt him above all forever."

"Holy men of humble heart, bless the Lord;

praise and exalt him above all forever."

Luke 21:34-36

Dear Love, Beloved of my soul,

Your words in the Gospel today are as relevant as when You first spoke them to Your disciples. May we receive Your warning and ensure that we are not lulled into a false sense of security by the world. We do not the hour nor the day when You will return, but return You most certainly will and at an hour we least expect. Grant Beloved that we may not be caught asleep but wide awake and ready to welcome You once again. Marantha! Lord Jesus, Maranatha!

Jesus said to his disciples:
"Beware that your hearts do not become drowsy
from carousing and drunkenness
and the anxieties of daily life,
and that day catch you by surprise like a trap.
For that day will assault everyone
who lives on the face of the earth.
Be vigilant at all times
and pray that you have the strength
to escape the tribulations that are imminent

and to stand before the Son of Man."
