Baruch 1:15-22, Luke 10:13-16, Psalm 79:1-5, 8-9

Daily Mass Readings:  Baruch 1:15-22, Luke 10:13-16, Psalm 79:1-5, 8-9

Luke 10:13-16

My Beloved, You are being rejected left, right and center by nations, by peoples and by Your own who call themselves Catholic and Christian.  We have perverted Your laws, Your commandment to love selflessly in imitation of You and it will be right and fitting if, in Your righteous anger, You sweep  us off the face of the earth.

Your faithful remnant are considered a curse and they are hated with a virulent hatred.

Psalm 79:1-5, 8-9

I pray this Psalm with the Psalmist, "Have pity O Lord, have compassion and save Your people.  Send Your Holy Spirit anew and renew us once more in Your love.
