Proverbs 30:5
Every word of God is true, He is a shield in whom man can find refuge.
Thank You Beloved for reminding me that You, the Eternal Word of God, is true, unchanging and my refuge, my shield and my armor.
Deuteronomy 11:18, 26-28, 32
Romans 3:21-25, 28
Our salvation, our faith and the forgiveness of our sins did not come cheap and there is nothing we can do of ourselves to merit it. It is a grace made possible for us by means of our faith in You. All who come to You in faith receive the redemption You won for us and Your Blood poured out for us, obtains the forgiveness of our sins. Grace and faith are God's free gift to us in You.
Matthew 7:21-27
Beloved these are very sobering words, "Not everyone who says to me Lord! Lord! will enter the Kingdom of Heaven." We cannot use Your most holy Name to deceive the innocent and the ignorant.
We must embrace the Father's will for us. It is His will that we recognize You as His Son and the means by which we enter eternal life. Miracles may be performed through the power of Your Name, but if our hearts are far from You it will do us no good. Our faith in You must have the Rock as its foundation and You as its cornerstone. If our roots are deeply embedded in You who are the eternal, unchanging Word of the Father and whose awesome power flows from for You to us through the Holy Spirit, then nothing that happens to us in life will shake our faith in You. Let the storm and the winds blow where they may we will stand rock solid and firm in You.
Psalm 31:2 4, 17, 25
2 In you, O Lord, I take refuge, may I never be disgraced; deliver me in your justice. 4 For you are my rock and my stronghold, lead me for your name’s sake;
17 Make your face shine upon your servant; save me in your love.
25 Be strong and take courage, all you who hope in the Lord.
