Micah 2:12-13, Hebrews 12:1-4, Mark 5:21-43, Psalm 22:28, 30-32

Micah 2:12-13
12 I shall assemble you, nation of Jacob, and gather the remnant of Israel. I will bring them together like sheep in a fold, like a flock in its pasture. 13 They have a leader in their midst. See: their king goes before them, Yahweh is heading them!

Beloved, I have been bemoaning a calamity that  I am afraid will plunge the world and especially Your people into utter darkness, forgetting that our Savior and  Redeemer lives.  In the end Your Sacred Heart and the Immaculate heart of Mary will triumph.  I need not wring my hands and wail - faith in You and Your power will help us sail safely into the harbor of Your love

Hebrews 12:1-4

These verses remind us to keep our eyes fixed on You Beloved ridding ourselves of all habits that lead to sin.  You endured the Cross and now You reign in triumph drawing all creation to Yourself.  How apt these verses are and can so easily be understood in the context of the times we live in.  It helps to overcome discouragement and distress because You have defeated death and now reign victorious at the right hand of God's throne.

Mark 5:21-43

Here we read about the two miracles one is the raising of Jairus' daughter to life and the other is the healing of the woman who suffered from bleeding for 12 years.  Your response to those who come to You in faith is overwhelming.  Whether we touch You or You touch us, the results are the same.  We are made whole again, alive again.  You restore us to health both physically and spiritually.

Psalm 22:28, 30-32
28 The whole earth will acknowledge and turn to the Lord; the families of nations will worship him.
30 Before him all those who rest in the earth will bow down, all who go down to the dust.
My soul will live for him. 31 My descendants will serve him and proclaim the Lord to coming generations; 32 they will announce his salvation to a people yet unborn, “These are the things that he has done.”
