Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee!

Blessed art thou among women. LK 1:28

ACTS 1:12-14 ©

My Soul's Beloved,

You entrusted Your Mother, Mary to Your beloved disciple because You were aware that we, Your disciples, as well as Your Church, would need her powerful intercession. They would need her wisdom, her encouragement, her guidance. Being the spouse of the Holy Spirit and the immaculate daughter of the Father, she was full of every grace and every virtue. Until they themselves were strengthened by the Holy Spirit they would lean on her, follow her counsel and they would listen to her. Mary in every instance will hasten to help us as she helped the nascent Church. 

Thank You, Beloved, for giving her to be our Mother too she never fails her children who call on her for aid. 

Mother dearest thank you for being my own Mother ever since I lost mine as a child. Thank you for never failing me and I know you will not fail my children as well.

PSALM LUKE 1:46-55 ©

My soul glorifies the Lord,
my spirit rejoices in God, my Saviour.

He looks on his servant in her nothingness;
henceforth all ages will call me blessed.
The Almighty works marvels for me.
Holy his name!

His mercy is from age to age,
on those who fear him.
He puts forth his arm in strength
and scatters the proud-hearted.

He casts the mighty from their thrones
and raises the lowly.
He fills the starving with good things,
sends the rich away empty.

He protects Israel, his servant,
remembering his mercy,
the mercy promised to our fathers,
to Abraham and his sons forever.

The Almighty works marvels for me. Holy is his name!
