Romans 4:20-25

Dear Love, Beloved of my soul,

Faith in You no matter how absurd it may seem is rewarded because we have placed our trust in You and have not wavered even though our circumstances tells us that it is foolish to do so. You never disappoint those who despite everything that points to the contrary, believe that You are always in control and nothing and in all things You are working for our good.  Just as Abraham was empowered by faith and glorified God so too will we be counted among the righteous because we have believed the Good News. What is the Good News that saves all who believe? It is this, God who asked that You lay down Your life in expiation for the sins of the whole world, has raised You up and exalted You, giving You a place above every other so at Your Name the whole of creation will bow down in worship and acknowledge that You are indeed the King of Kings and Lord of Lord who justifies before God all who believe in You.
