Wisdom 12:13, 16-19

Holy God, Father, Son and Holy Spirit, there is no other God but You who are our Sovereign Creator, Redeemer and Sanctifier.  You are the only just and righteous Judge and we have recourse to none but You.

You are all knowing, all powerful, omnipotent and omnipresent.  You sustain all things with You Word, Your Breath gives life to all and You provide all we need.  Without You we are nothing but dust blown in every direction by the wind.  you are source of our life and our strength.  You show us mercy when You judge us because You are our God and we are Your people chosen by You and bound to You in a Covenant of Love.

To those who doubt You reveal Your strength, the insolent You put to shame.  But those who believe Know that You are almighty, You judge with compassion, You govern with kindness and patience because You understand that we are weak and in need of Your help all the time.

Thank You for giving us the Covenant of Love that enables us to love one another and thank You for the Sacrament of Reconciliation where we seek Your forgiveness and begin anew when we fail to love.

Psalm 86:5-6, 9-10, 15-16

My Beloved, for the sake of Your Mama Mary to whose care You have entrusted all Your adopted brothers and sisters, take pity on us and save us.  Give us Your grace and Your strength.  Do not turn away from us in anger for You are loving and faithful.  You are good and kind, forgive us all our sins, have pity on us because we are weak and we entreat You to grant us strength.  hear our prayer, let the voice of our pleading reach Your ears at dawn when we come to You and raise our voice to You.

Come Lord and save us lest we perish!

Roman 8:26-27

My Beloved, thank You for the Gift of Your Holy Spirit as our Paraclete, our Helper and our Guide.  He resides in us and enables us to pray and ask according to the mind and heart of God.  He understands our groans as we cry out to You.  He who is the Spirit of God, knows God and knows our inner secrets and desires as well.  When He prays on our behalf, He aligns our will to that of God and thus we receive all we need to be pleasing to God.

Matthew 13:24-43

My Beloved, You sowed the good seed of Your Word however without the primacy of the Pope who speaks from the Chair of Peter, the Word is subject to many, often erroneous interpretations, thus the devil sows error in the midst of Truth.  Much division grows alongside harmony, love, wisdom, peace and justice.  The intent of the devil is to is to seek the destruction of those who belong to You and so he would enjoy having the weeds uprooted so the wheat would suffer as well.

However, You are God and You are good and merciful, aware that the influence of the good over the wicked may result from proximity so all may be saved.  We can trust You to preserve the life of those who belong to You.
