My Beloved, often the powerful seem kind yet when they are thwarted, or they perceive that we are not willing to fall into their clutches to be used by them, then their true nature is revealed. Those who put their trust in princes will be disappointed and dismayed but those who trust in You my Lord, will be borne by You on eagle's wings. Your mighty protection overshadows us and keeps us safe from all evil.
Daniel 3:52-56
My Beloved how foolish the world is to praise creatures and created things. True joy, true exhiliration of soul comes from praising the Creator who does all things well.
John 8:31-42
My Beloved, often times we say we believe in You and yet we are not prepared to obey Your Word. We cannot have it both ways - we are either for You or against You. If we say we are Your disciples then our way of life must proclaim it to all around us. You will have no part of a divided heart or a divided life, it is all or nothing . If we muddy the Truth then it no longer is the truth but a lie and the father of lies is Satan but God is the Father of Truth.
